Solar Designer / Project Engineer
Location: Turks and Caicos Islands
Green Revolution is seeking an experienced Solar Designer / Project Engineer to join our team in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The role will involve designing residential and commercial solar PV and battery systems, producing AutoCAD layouts and technical drawings, preparing accurate bills of materials, procuring equipment and tracking international shipments. The successful candidate will also coordinate projects from design through installation and commissioning.
Applicants should have:

Solar PV and battery-system design experience

Strong AutoCAD skills

Strong electrical knowledge preferable in North American / NEC standards

Experience preparing bills of materials and technical specifications

Procurement, purchasing and shipment-tracking experience

Strong project-management and organisational skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience with HelioScope, PVsyst or similar solar-design software would be an advantage.

RO Water Systems Technician - July 2026
RO / WATER SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN – TURKS & CAICOS ISLANDS
We are looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on Water Systems Technician to join our team in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, together with knowledge of pool and jacuzzi control systems, plumbing, plumbing design, electrical controls, PLCs, and VFD drive systems.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable diagnosing problems, carrying out repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and getting directly involved with the equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, service, and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Diagnose RO system faults and optimise system performance.
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, membranes, valves, instrumentation, and associated equipment.
- Experience with AQSEP RO units is highly desirable.
- Troubleshoot PLC control systems and associated instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain VFD/inverter drive systems.
- Diagnose electrical and control-system faults.
- Maintain and troubleshoot swimming pool and jacuzzi control systems.
- Service and maintain pool pumps, filtration systems, dosing equipment, valves, sensors, and associated controls.
- Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding.
- Understand and interpret plumbing designs, schematics, pipework layouts, and system drawings.
- Assist with the design and modification of plumbing and water-treatment systems.
- Identify system improvements and practical solutions to recurring problems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and operational issues.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience with Reverse Osmosis and water-treatment systems.
- Strong knowledge of RO maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AQSEP RO units preferred.
- Experience with PLC-controlled systems.
- Good knowledge of VFD drives and motor control systems.
- Experience with pool and jacuzzi control systems.
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, repair, fault finding, and maintenance.
- Ability to understand plumbing design and system layouts.
- Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, control, and plumbing schematics.
- A strong practical, hands-on capability and willingness to work directly on equipment.
- Ability to work independently and methodically diagnose problems.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is technically capable, practical, resourceful, and hands-on — someone who can look at a system, understand how it works, identify a fault, and physically carry out the necessary work to resolve it.
Experience across water treatment, desalination, swimming pools, spas/jacuzzis, plumbing, electrical controls, and mechanical systems would be highly advantageous.

Previous experience in a marine, resort, hospitality, utilities, water-treatment, or industrial environment would be an advantage.
